We
install 18mm fascia board and 9mm soffit board which are designed to fit
straight to roof rafters. We do not cap or cloak, we only fully replace. Overfascia ventilation is fitted as standard to bring the property up to building regulations although we can fit under soffit ventilation if preferred. A pvc 'felt tray' and eaves comb filler is also fitted as standard where possible |
